6 Degrees of Motion combines traditional elements of Joseph Pilates and movements from contemporary disciplines such as gymnastics, Capoeira, CrossFit, and HIIT training. The style is an aggregate of the most effective exercises creating a unique style called “Pilates Evolved”.
